1. Full-time employment (not through a temp service).
2. Minimum of $1200 (after taxes) salary per month.
3. Paid weekly, bi-weekly or twice a month.
4. Active checking and/or savings account in good standing.
5. Minimum 18 years of age.

Required Confirmation Items

• Complete 30-day bank statement (online banking statement is accepted). If not paid by Direct Deposit, we'll need copy of pay stub or other verification of income.

Upon submittal of completed application you will be provided a fax cover page showing our toll-free fax number to send copies of the required verification items. When these items are received, approval process is completed in approximately 30 mins to an hour. A customer service representative will contact you of your approval (normally within 30 minutes). Correct work and home phone numbers are necessary for fast same day approval and funds transfer.
